The astronomer Carl Sagan won the author Pulitzer Prize, and covers advance scientific knowledge using layman terms and making the book very, very interesting as when I started reading it, I kept reading to learn more and more.
The book is so easy to understand that I read it when I was eight years old and understood the special theory of relativity the first time I read it, to date I have asked hundreads of people what is the special theory of relativity including doctors, lawyers, engineers and not even one has an idea of what it is.
The book also has great illustrations and in 1981 received the Hugo Award for Best Non-Fiction Book.
COSMOS is vast on knowledge and makes understand the whole universe including earth and life.
